Overview:
Tragget is a modern logistics management platform designed to unify the trucking ecosystem. It enables seamless coordination between construction sites, transportation vendors, and individual drivers—allowing each entity to either provide or request trucking services with complete visibility and control.
The Challenge:
The dump truck and heavy logistics industry had long relied on manual processes and fragmented communication. Our challenge was to digitize these workflows, reduce downtime, and foster collaboration. The system needed to accommodate multiple business models—vendors, clients, and field operators—within a single unified experience, all while staying simple enough for everyday use.

Tragget was built as a collaborative logistics platform with a user-first design. Using Figma and Photoshop, we created intuitive role-specific workflows for companies, site supervisors, and truck drivers. The backend architecture was developed in Laravel for scalability and API control, while Angular powered a responsive, real-time interface. Features include service matching, driver scheduling, live tracking, and automated communication between stakeholders.
